Membership

Joining the fire company is a great way to get involved and help out in your community. If you are interested in becoming a member, you can reach out to us via our contact page, or feel free to stop by the firehall. We are most likely there every Monday between 7pm and 9pm.

EMS

EMS is the main part of the Cowlesville Fire Company with the majority of our calls being EMS. As an EMT you can do many different things, including administering oxygen, running an EKG, and much more.

Fire-Rescue

Fire and Rescue is the main thing that the fire department was founded on. Along with fighting fires, we also do rope rescue with the county Emergency Response Team, and swift-water rescue Alden Hook & Ladder.

Junior Membership

If you are under the age of 18 and would like to join, a junior membership might be right for you. People ages 14 through 17 can join as a junior member. Although under 18 you can still do a lot. You can become certified as a CFR at 16, and an exterior firefighter and/or EMT at 17. Certain restrictions do apply to members under 18.

Social Membership

A social member helps to organize or work events like fundraisers held throughout the year (such as our gun raffle), Open Houses, and our annual fund appeal to the district residents.
